Murat IV (Istanboel, 16 juni 1612 - aldaar, 9 februari 1640) was sultan van het Ottomaanse Rijk vanaf 1623 tot 1640. Hij werd zowel bekend vanwege het herstellen van de autoriteit in het rijk als vanwege zijn gewelddadigheid.

Ayşe Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: عایشه سلطان, romanized: 4; died c. 1680) was the Consort of Ottoman Sultan Murad IV and the Haseki Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1628 until the death of Murad IV in 1640.

Haseki Şemsişah Sultan (en turco otomano: شمسي شاه سلطان‎; "sol del soberano") (Zugdidi, c. 1619 — Imperio Otomano, 1640 o 1698), nacida como la Princesa Zilihan Dadiani, era la hija del gobernante georgiano, León II Dadiani y de su primera esposa, Tanuria Sharvashidze. Ella se casó con el sultán otomano, Murad IV y obtuvo el título de Haseki Sultan.
